We have stayed here several times now and find the hotel clean, quiet and convenient for transport links. The members of staff are polite and helpful.

The staff at the front desk/bar was very kind, patient and helped out with info. Nice, polite people! The veranda is great for late night drinks. Great shuttle service to small town or metro to Milan (excellent drivers, very helpful!). Good beds, matras middle hard. Big walk in shower. Free water in fridge in room, no coffee maker (there is a good one in the lobby).

The location was very convenient, because the hotel provided a free shuttle from the metro station to the hotel and vice versa upon request for free. The staff was cordial and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable as well.
